For those who are unaware Larry "Tates" Stratiff, has been back from Sinai hospital in Washington DC, since the last week. He suffered and went in for a 5 way bypass, along with stints. He is now home on oxygen, and resting peacefully. Anyone wishing to stop or phone, I am sure he will appreciate it greatfully.

Our Governor Frank Weaver will be absent for awhile at the lodge, whil undergoing hip replacement surgery on the 22nd of the month. He is home now preparing, but if you have noticed some changes around the lodge, its thanks to him, with nothing to do but wait, he has been helping out at the lodge with multiple small projects, which were in need of doing. So, the same as tates, tell frank when you see him...sppeedy recovery BROTHER GOVERNOR!!!!

As usual April is packed with all kinds of entertainment, and events to your liking. To start the month off, we have JAM NITE on the 6th. Followed by the Mini 75 Bonanza on the 12th.

Something new a CHRISTMAS FAMILY FUNDRAISER, each year we find new way to help fund our cause of helping 25 families in the Williamsport school District. This time its with Chick-Fil-A on Monday night April 22, 2013 from 5 - 8 PM. Pick up a coupon at the lodge, and when you order that night give the coupon to the cashier, our cause will get 20 % of the proceeds.

Just another way of thinking outside the box for the fundraiser. Thanks to Past Governor Clint Rawlings for setting this up, and continue with different venues for the same kind of fundraiser.

The month ends with The Legends, baby boomer targeted audience $15.00 per person on the 27th, two great shows at 7 & 9 PM.

Do not forget our regular events....Guaranteed drawings on Monday, weekly drawings on tuesday, $1 Burger Nights on wednesday, Bar Bingo on thursdays, and Open Jukebox or Karaoke on fridays....

Something for everyone at the lodge.....all you have to do is participate!!!

For those of you who were able to attend this event. It was a huge success. Many new faces and old commented positively on the food. Had a tremendous outpouring of help from volunteers, the WOTM were out in force, along woth your board of officers. And from the comments, it looks positive to have Heart & Soul back for more entertainment. Possibility of changing the entertainment times to suit those who choose not to stay out so late anymore.

Don't miss the return of our Mini 75 Bonanza starting march 8th, $1.00 Burger nights on wednesdays from 6 to 8 PM. Don and the Starlighters will return on the 23rd starting at 8, normal cover charge $3.00 per person or $5.00 per couple.

The month will finish with an AYCE Crableg feed and dance to the sounds of Heart & Soul, $30.00 per person.

Also , Don B's "Soaring Eagle" entertainment returns for anothe month of friday night fun "In The Hood" the 1st, 15th, and 29th from 7-11.
